    • Ship the product back to us at your own cost.
  3. Refunds:

    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
  4. Exchanges:

    • If you wish to exchange an item, the replacement item will be shipped once we receive the returned product and confirm its eligibility.
  5. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Personal care items, customized products, or perishable goods cannot be returned or exchanged.
